Production times
We are the fastest printers in United States! We keep a lot of stock in our warehouse so we’re able to print most orders within 3-5 business days. Some items need to be ordered in from our suppliers and they’ll take up to 10 business days. We’ve listed the production time on every product on our site – when you’re browsing products, the production time is listed in the top right corner. Or if you’re already viewing your product, the production times tab is available in the product description. PLEASE NOTE: Production time does NOT include shipping.
Standard Items - 5-10 days
Our standard items are ordered in from our suppliers once you have placed your order with us. Once we receive the item, it goes into our production queue for printing. This will be anywhere from 5 to 10 business days, not including shipping.
In-stock - 3-5 days
Our fast-track items are kept here in our warehouse and we're able to turn these items around faster. Once your order is placed, we'll process it and get your items in the production queue. These items take 3 to 5 days to print, plus shipping.
Rush - Same day
When you need something in a hurry, get a rush order! A rush can be applied to any of our fast-track items for a fee of $10 per item. When ordered before midday, we'll have the order printed and ready for collection or dispatch the same day. When ordered after midday, we'll have the order completed next business day. Rush fee does not include express shipping.

Artwork Guidelines
To ensure the best print result use the guidelines below.
– Your artwork needs to be saved as a .PNG or .JPG file. We do not accept other file types such as .BMP, .AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF etc.
– Bigger is better! Your artwork needs to be at least 150DPI but keep in mind, higher DPI value = higher resolution. 300DPI is a good rule of thumb for DTG prints.
If you are concerned about the quality of your artwork, send us an email with your art attached and we’ll let you know if your artwork is suitable to print.
DTG PRINTING
Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that involves the use of a digital printer that applies ink directly onto the garment. Water-based ink is applied in a single layer that quickly absorbs into the shirt’s fibres. Similar to your ink jet printer at home, except larger and faster. DTG printers are large and capable of handling all kinds of designs in many colours. The DTG printing method is precise and produces high-quality results.
Colours
There aren’t many things our amazing DTG machines cannot achieve. However, when choosing the colours for your artwork, it’s important to note that they may look different on a physical product than what you see on your computer monitor.
We cannot currently print fluorescent colours or metallics, these will appear “duller” than what you see on screen. Printers also cannot print transparency, so make sure your print is solid, or reach out to us for help! If you have concerns about the colours in your artwork, email the files through to us to have a look at.
Colours can appear different on various monitors depending on the display capability of your machine. Our printers will convert your submitted artwork file from RGB to CMYK colour mode. This colour conversion process changes the colour gamut, or range of colours that can be expressed, so keep this in mind when designing. You should also consider other factors like fabric material and garment colour when choosing colours in your artwork. Because of this range of factors, we cannot guarantee the same colour result between what you see on your monitor and the digital print result.
